ParkLock Pros LLC ("ParkLock Pros," "we") provides vehicle immobilization and parking enforcement services in Palm Beach County, Florida. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you enter on our forms: name, email, phone, address, vehicle details and license plate (guest registration, boot release payment, and enforcement plan requests).
• Payment information, which is processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Phone calls and text messages with our business line (561) 285-2930, including call recordings and transcripts handled by our automated phone assistant.
• Photos and records of vehicles we immobilize, kept to answer disputes.

How we use it

• To register guest vehicles, process boot releases, answer questions and disputes, and send the text messages you request.
• To provide reports to the community associations and property managers we serve, as described in our service agreements.

Sharing

We share information only with the community associations and property managers we serve, service providers that help us operate (such as payment, phone and website providers), and when required by law.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
