Don’t move the vehicle
Do not try to drive it or remove the boot. Damaging or removing the device can result in additional charges.

Go to parklockpros.com/payment. Enter your license plate and the community and address where the vehicle is parked, then pay by card through our secure checkout.
Released within an hour
Once payment is received, our team comes to remove the boot within one hour. Keep your payment confirmation until the boot is off.

The fee follows Palm Beach County’s vehicle immobilization rules and is shown again before you pay.
Holidays: we don’t boot on the days we’re closed, but if your vehicle was booted before a holiday, you can still pay online and we’ll remove the boot.
Why was my vehicle booted?
The vehicle was parked against the community’s parking rules, which are posted on signs at the entrance. The most common reasons:
- Parking in a guest space without registering the vehicle
- A resident vehicle parked in a guest space
- Parking in a fire lane or no-parking area
- Taking someone’s assigned or reserved space
- Breaking other posted rules, such as time limits, even with a guest registration

Call (561) 285-2930 (se habla español) with your license plate and the location ready. We’ll review the guest registration records and the photos taken at the time of the boot and respond within 24 hours. If we booted your vehicle in error, we refund the full release fee.
Questions about the rules themselves, such as where guests may park or how long, go to the community’s property management or HOA. They set the rules; we enforce them.
