The release fee is set within the limits of Palm Beach County’s vehicle immobilization rules and is shown before you pay. Payment is by card through our secure checkout.

No. Do not try to drive the vehicle or remove the boot. Damaging or removing the device can result in additional charges.

A guest registration covers designated guest parking areas only. It does not allow parking in resident, reserved or no-parking spaces, and it does not override the community’s other rules, such as time limits.

Call us at (561) 285-2930 with your license plate and the location ready. We’ll review the registration records and the photos taken at the time of the boot and respond within 24 hours. If we booted your vehicle in error, we refund the full release fee.

We don’t boot on the holidays we’re closed, but if your vehicle was booted before a holiday, you can still pay online and we’ll remove the boot.

Yes. ParkLock Pros is licensed and insured to immobilize vehicles in Palm Beach County and follows the county’s rules, including posted signage at every property we enforce.

At communities that use ParkLock guest registration, yes. Scan the QR code on the sign or go to parklockpros.com/permit and register before you park. It takes about a minute.

Nothing. The violator pays the release fee. We also install compliant signage at no charge.

Patrols run 5 times a week, including after hours, and enforcement is available 24/7 except on major holidays.

Your community does. We enforce only the rules in your agreement and on your posted signs, during our patrols or when someone your community authorizes, such as your manager or security, calls us. Nobody else can direct us to boot a vehicle.

Yes. Every registration is logged by plate, so vehicles that keep re-registering stand out. We can also track every plate against your own guest limit, like 72 hours or 3 nights a week, and report it to the board.

Every week, your board and manager get a PDF report by email with guest registrations, repeat offenders and boots with location and time, so you can answer any resident complaint with facts.

Yes. ParkLock Pros holds Palm Beach County vehicle immobilization license IM-11 and carries the insurance the county requires to issue that license. We can name your association as additional insured.

We don’t issue warnings ourselves. We enforce the rules on your posted signs. If your board wants a warning or violation-notice step first, a security company can handle it. Our sister company, Capital Protection Solutions, provides security officers and patrols for communities.
